- How much does a new roof cost in Campbell River?
- We charge $7 to $25 or more per square foot of roof surface, depending on the material, the roof pitch, the tear-off labour and the waste disposal. On a standard 1,500 to 2,000 square foot roof surface that is $12,000 to $22,000 for an asphalt shingle re-roof and $25,000 to $48,000 or more for metal. - Asphalt shingles cost less up front, at $7.50 to $12 per square foot installed with tear-off included. Metal is $14 to $25 or more per square foot, and it stands up to the rain, the coastal air, the branches and the wind. We price both on your own roof so you can put the two side by side.
- Do you clean moss off roofs?
- Yes. We take the moss off the shingles by hand, then clear whatever it has been feeding — the valleys, the gutters, the downpipes. We tell you what we saw on the roof when we come down.
